工程伦理的微观向度分析——兼论“工匠精神”及其相关问题

The Micro Ethics of Engineering and “The Craftsman Spirit”

从职业共同体出发的工程师职业伦理是欧美开展工程伦理研究的主要进路,从工程活动共同体介入的广义的共同体伦理则是国内工程伦理研究的新形态。在工程活动共同体层面,工程伦理学存在微观、中观、宏观三个层次。工程伦理的微观层次所聚焦的工程活动中的伦理问题,集中反映了其作为实践伦理的本质。立足当代中国工程实践,从工程活动中的"工人"入手,分析他们的工作关系和生活关系,是工程伦理微观向度研究的重要内容。据此分析当前工程实践中"工匠精神"的阙如与重构,探索具有中国本土特色的工程伦理研究进路及范式。

The engineer＇s professional ethics is an important issue in European and American engineering ethics study, and the general community engineering ethics is a new form of Chinese ethics study. Ethics study could be divided into three parts： the micro, the meso and the macro level of ethical issues. Microscopic dimension of engineering ethics, which focuses on the ethical problems of engineering activities, reflects it as the essence of ethical practice. At present, we believe that the work and life relations of ＂workers＂ are as important as engineer in the engineering activities, which can reveal the reason why we lack the spirit of ＂Craftmanship＂ and help rebuild engineering ethics. In such way we can also explore the Chinese characteristics of engineering ethics study.
