摘要
未来工业用的杀菌剂不仅要有很强的杀菌能力,还要低毒、广谱抗菌性、不易产生抗药性,还兼有缓蚀的性能。对有缓蚀性能的杀菌剂所具有的优势和目前的研究情况进行了描述,重点阐述了引入了其它官能团的新型的长链季铵盐、对称烷基双子季铵盐、对称杂环双子季铵盐、不对称双子季铵盐、多聚季铵盐和季鏻盐的研制过程和其缓蚀与杀菌性能及其机理;还介绍了具有缓蚀和杀菌性能的生物质提取物及可用作绿色的缓蚀杀菌剂有效成分和各提取物的缓蚀与杀菌性能和机理,对具有多官能团的季铵盐和生物质提取物将作为缓蚀杀菌剂的主要发展方向进行了展望。
The future industrial bactericide not only would have strong sterilization performance, but also would have to process other properties such as low toxicity, broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity, rare microorganism resistance and corrosion inhibition, etc. The advantages of bactericide with sterilization performance and associated research progress are discussed. Here described are not only the R & D process, corrosion inhibition mechanisms and sterilization performance of the new type long - chain quaternary ammonium salt containing other functional groups, symmetric alkyl gemini quaternary ammonium salt, symmetric heteroeyclic quaternary salt, dissymmetric his-quaternary ammonium polymer quaternary ammonium salt and phosphonium salt synthesized, but also the properties of corrosion inhibition, antimierobial activity and bactericidal mechanisms. Furthermore, the biomass extracts and their effective constituent with corrosion inhibition and bactericidal ability are introduced. Finally, the development of corrosion and bacteria inhibitors is predicted, which are the polyfunctional group quaternary ammonium salt and biomass extracts.
