摘要
硫氰酸钠(NaSCN)作为腈纶纺丝工艺溶剂对设备和厂房造成严重腐蚀。依据硫氰酸钠腐蚀特点,以改性环氧树脂和特种固化剂为主要材料等制备高抗渗透耐温聚合物涂层,进行物理性能的测试及现场挂片试验,证明该涂层对腈纶厂纺丝车间设备及厂房内部具有良好的保护作用。该涂层盐雾试验3 000 h后涂层无变化,在质量分数10%HCl或质量分数3.5%Na Cl溶液中常温浸泡90 d后涂层性能合格;在原油中80℃浸泡90 d后涂层性能合格;耐高温高压试验后,涂层无气泡,附着力为A级。在腈纶厂挂片1 a后,涂层没有破坏现象,与金属附着力仍保持良好。
The NaSCN which is the solvent for spinning of nitrile had caused serious corrosion in the equipment and plant. Based upon the corrosion characteristics of NaSCN, an anti-permeation heat-resistant coating was prepared with modified epoxy resin and special curing agent, and physical performance tests and site coupon tests were conducted. The tests verified that the coating offered a good protection for the spinning equipment and the equipment in spinning plant.. No changes were found in the coating after 3 000 hours of salt spray tests. The performances of coating were still on required specifications after being submerged in 3. 5% NaCl solution at ambient temperature for 90 days. The performances were also on specifications after it was submerged in crude oil at a temperature of 80 ℃ for 90 days. After the high-pressure and high-temperature tests, there was no bubble in the coating, and adhesion of the coating was Class A. After one year's coupon test in the plant, no damages were found and adhesion to the metal was excellent.
