摘要
目的了解实习护生发生身份识别不良事件后的真实体验,为护生的实习安全管理提供参考依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,分析15名护生在实习期间发生护理不良事件后的真实体验。结果通过运用对照、归纳等方法,提炼出"恐惧、失落和自责""渴望得到患者的理解与带教老师的鼓励""导致身份识别不良事件发生的原因"、"对职业认同和职业发展的影响"4个对应主题。结论护生在实习期间面临诸多压力和挑战,通过研究实习护生经历身份识别不良事件的真实体验,了解护生发生不良事件的原因、心理应对方式以及对职业认同的影响,探索实习护生的培养和管理方法,为护生的实习安全管理工作提供依据。
Objective To understand the real experience of nursing students after experiencing identification of adverse events, so as to provide a reference for safety management of nursing students during internship. Methods By using the phenomenological research methods, the real experience of 15 nursing students was analyzed after they experienced identification adverse events during the internship. Results By using the comparison and induction method,4 corresponding themes were refined, and they were "fear, lost and remorse", "longing for the patient's understanding and teacher's encourage", "the cause of identification adverse events", and "impact on professional identity and development".Conclusion Nursing students face many pressures and challenges during the internship;therefore, the authority should study the real experience of nursing students after experiencing identification of adverse events, and explore and improve the safety cultivation and management methods of nursing students during the internship.
