摘要
随着田径运动的不断发展,运动员参赛场次也在不断增加,最佳竞技状态的调控成为运动员夺取胜利的最重要表现。主要采用个案分析法、对比分析法对李玲2014年度赛前训练负荷与竞技状态进行分析,研究结果表明:冬训3阶段训练负荷节奏安排构成竞技状态形成关键因素;采用"诱导性比赛"和"大负荷强化训练课"2种赛前训练方式,有利于竞技状态优化和调整;通过不断比赛,调整训练负荷与技术及心理状态,形成年度3次最佳竞技状态。该结论为教练员在重大比赛时寻求运动员最佳竞技状态调控提供借鉴及科学指导。
With the continuous development of athletics events,athletes are joining in more and more games. The best competition state adjustment and control become the most significant thing for winning. This paper analyzed Li Ling's pre-game training load and competition state in 2014 by the methods of case study and comparison analysis.Results: The rhythm arrangement of training load during the three-stage winter training is a key factor of competition state formation; the two pre-game training,"induced competition"and "heavy load intense training courses",are good for competition state optimization and adjustment; adjusting training load,technique and psychological state through unceasing competition,have formed three best competition states of Li Ling. This research provided a reference and scientific guiding for coaches to find the best competition state regulation in major competitions.
