增塑剂对聚酰胺酸亚胺化过程的影响研究

摘要 采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)考察了增塑剂对合成自均苯四酸二酐、4,4’-二氨基二苯醚的聚酰胺酸(PAA)树脂体系亚胺化过程的影响。结果表明:加入增塑剂能够促进PAA的亚胺化,即在亚胺化程度相同的条件下,含增塑剂的PAA树脂体系较不含增塑剂的体系亚胺化所需温度更低。另外,高沸点的溶剂体系也有利于促进PAA的亚胺化。 The effect of plasticizers on the imidization process of polyamide acid (PAA), which synthesized from pyromellitic dianhydride and 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether, was studied by Fourier infrared spectrometer (FTIR). The results show that the addition of plasticizers can improve the imidization of PAA. The PAA system with plasticizers need lower temperature to reach the same imidization degree compared with the PAA without plasticizers. In addition, the solvent with high boiling point is good for improving the imidization of PAA.
