摘要
为探讨热老化对绝缘管型母线绝缘材料性能的影响,选取一种新型管型母线绝缘材料聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)制备了管型母线模型,进行热老化实验。测量热老化前后PET材料的介电性能、电气强度和热延伸性能,分析老化时间对材料电气及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着热老化时间的延长,PET的介质损耗因数和电气强度均下降,同时材料的脆性增大。
In order to study the effect of thermal ageing on the properties of insulating material for tubular bus, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film was chosen to prepare tubular bus models, and the tubular bus models were conducted thermally ageing experiments. The dielectric property, electric strength, and thermal expansion of the PET before and after thermal ageing were tested, and the effect of ageing time on the electrical and mechanical properties was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of age- ing time, the dielectric loss factor and electric strength of PET decrease, while the brittleness increases.
