摘要
为有效提高变压器绕组变形检测的准确性,基于扫频阻抗法的测试原理,搭建了硬件测试系统,利用一台试验变压器对绕组轴向位移故障进行测试,并与正常情况下的扫频阻抗曲线进行对比分析。结果表明:扫频阻抗法具有频响法和短路阻抗法的优点,且能够有效解决短路阻抗法灵敏度低的缺点,可以用于变压器绕组形变故障的检测。
To increase the accuracy of transformer winding deformation detection, a test system was established based on sweep frequency impedance(SFI) method. An experimental transformer with axial displacement fault was tested via SFI method, and its SFI data was compared with the normal transformer. The results show that the SFI value of the transformer with axial displacement fault at 50 Hz do not change basically, and the SFI curve is fluctuant at high frequency. The SFI method not on- ly has the advantages of frequency response analysis (FRA) and short circuit impedance (SCI), but also can solve the problem of low sensitivity in SCI method, so it can be used to detect the deformation fault of transformer Winding.
