摘要
为实现自硬树脂砂砂型数字化柔性近净成形过程中型砂填充砂箱路径的合理规划和提高砂型造型质量,研究了填砂路径间距,获得了填砂路径间距的有效范围和常见的填砂路径。通过仿真和试验分析了填砂器运动速度与砂型充型效果之间的关系,为提高砂型造型效率和优化砂型造型质量提供了理论依据。
For the purposes of planning molding sand filling sandbox path and improving sand molding quality in self-hardening resin sand mold near-net forming process, spacing of sand filling path was analyzed, and path of molding sand filling sandbox was researched. The effective spacing of molding sand filling path and the common filling sand paths are obtained. The results of simulation and test show that sand molding quality can be improved by controlling the velocity of sand filling. There is important significance of optimizing molding sand filling sandbox path and improving sand molding quality digitally.
