摘要
针对消失模铸造中沟槽及盲孔等部位易形成粘砂缺陷的问题,分析了消失模铸件粘砂缺陷的形成原理。通过采取优化浇注工艺设置、局部预充填及涂层防渗处理等技术方案,有效地解决了消失模铸件沟槽及盲孔部位的粘砂问题,获得良好的综合效益。
Aiming at the groove and blind hole buming-on problem of lost foam casting, the forming principle for the defects of lost foam casting was analyzed. By adopting optimized pouring process settings, partial filling and impermeable coating technology solutions, etc., the buming-on problem in the groove and blind hole positions of lost foam casting can be effectively solved, comprehensive benefits are obtained.
