摘要
针对风量平衡调试技术的实训受实践条件制约等问题,基于Dymola动态仿真软件建立了一次回风空调系统管网仿真模型,基于ASP.NET和3DMAX技术开发虚拟仿真实训平台,设计了空调风系统平衡调试实验,并展示了实践应用案例。实验证明,该虚拟仿真实训平台具有新颖、灵活等特点,真实反映出实际空调风系统管网运行特性,仿真再现了一套定风量空调风系统管路,并可以进行相关参数的修改和设定,便于反复进行暖通中风系统平衡调试训练,适用于暖通或相关专业的初学者和技术人员,有助于学习掌握空调风系统平衡调试的原理和方法。
Air volume balance commissioning has great significance to improve the operation of air conditioning system. Aiming at that the training was limited by the actual conditions, a simulation model of air conditioning system was built based on Dymola, a virtual simulation training platform was developed based on Dymola and ASP. NET technology, and the experiment of air volume balance commissioning was designed and then a practice application case was presented. The results showed that the virtual simulation training platform has advantages of flexibility, intuition and high efficiency. It can reflect the properties of real HVAC system, simulate a set of duct system in air-conditioning, and the related parameters can be modified and set in order to repeat the training process. And it is appropriate for beginner learner of HVAC to master principle and method of air volume balance commissioning in air-conditioning.
