摘要 为提高热电材料电阻率的测量精度,以Arduino及LabVIEW作为硬件与软件平台,构建热电材料电阻率测量的专用恒流源。恒流源实现了大范围电流输出,具有可控频率的电流换向功能,同时具备数据采集、数据处理和数据显示等功能。经实验验证,相对误差在-0.5%-2%内,实现了电流的恒定输出,为热电材料测量电阻率提供了一个有价值的恒流源方案。 A controllable constant current source was designed with the Arduino as hardware and the LabVIEW as software, in order to improve the measurement accuracy of the thermoelectric materials resistivity. The constant current source has not only a wide range of current output, but also an ability to change the direction of current with controllable frequency. Meanwhile, it has functions of data acquisition, data processing and data display. Experiments show that the relative error within -0.5% -2%. It provides a valuable constant current source scheme for measuring resistivity of thermoelectric material.
