打造实验技能大赛系列平台 构建实践育人长效机制

Building Series of Experimental Skills Contest Platform,Establishing Long-term Mechanism of the Practice Education

在"实验平台,协同创新,实践育人"理念引领下,本校进行了一系列深入的实践和有益的探索,初步形成了以大学生实践创新能力培养为核心,以优化人才培养方案为引领,以共享实验教学资源为平台,以实习基地建设为依托,以大学生实验技能大赛为载体,辅助结合培养计划、菁英人才学校等课程的实施,着力凸显了实验技能大赛系列平台在实践育人中的重要作用。本文主要阐述南京工业大学近年来在打造实验技能大赛,和开展一系列比赛方面的一些做法和取得的成效。

With the concept of ＂ experiment platform, collaborative innovation, practice education＂ , the school made a series of in-depth beneficial exploration and practice. The initial formation of the college students＂ practical innovation ability training was as the core, the optimization of the talent training scheme was as the leading, the sharing of the experiment teaching was taken as a platform, the college students＇experimental skills contest was used as a carrier, these combined with training plan to help implementing the elite talent school courses. The platform of experimental skills contest played an important role in education practice. This article mainly expounds the experimental skill contest in Nanjing Tech University in recent years, and introduces a series of practices and results.
