从工程人才培养出发,探讨了工业级电子工程实训基地的建设思想、建设内容、建设成效及保障机制等,该实训基地建设兼顾学生、学校与企业三方面需求,以"校企合作"为建设模式,以"工业级"为建设标准,以"培养出高素质应用型人才"为建设目的,对帮助我校大学生适应当代电子信息产业飞速发展的形势起重要作用。

How to enhance the students＂ engineering practical ability, and cultivate high-quality talents with innovative spirit are important subjects that the universities will be never stop exploring. This paper explores the constructive theory, constructive contents, constructive effects and management mechanism of training base for industrial-grade electronics engineering from the perspective of personnel training. The training base takes three areas demands into account, which are students, schools and businesses. It makes the ＂ school-enterprise cooperation＂ as the model of construction, the ＂industrial-grade＂ as the standards of construction, the ＂ training high-quality talents＂ as the purpose of construction. This training base plays an important role for college students and helps them to adapt the rapid development of contemporary electronic information industry.
