摘要 实验室作为高校科研的平台,是进行科学研究、培养学生的重要场所,是高校综合实力的重要组成部分。为保障在实验中工作的研究人员、管理人员以及周围设施的切实安全,一套科学严谨、完善规范的安全管理制度是每个实验室建设中不可或缺的关键环节。莫纳什大学(Monash University)作为世界百强名校,是享誉世界的密集研究型大学,澳州规模最大的国立大学之一,澳大利亚八校联盟之一。文章详细介绍了澳大利亚莫纳什大学化学工程系的实验室管理经验,包含了实验室的安全建设、完善的安全培训、安全委员会制度、以及详尽的文字资料等诸多具体内容。着重阐述了莫纳什大学实验室安全培训的种类与流程,这些经验有利于提高实验室安全管理水平。 The laboratory is an important component in modern universities. It is used daily for conducting scientific research and training students. The equipment in the laboratory and the management level of the laboratory are closely related to the overall strength of a university. A primary requirement is to secure the safety of the individuals working in the lab as well as to secure the safety use of the equipment. For this purpose, it is essential to establish a safety management system that is scientifically sound, complete and rigorous. Monash University is one of the top 100 universities worldwide ; it is a world-renowned research- intensive university. It is one of the largest national university in Australia and it is also one member of the Group of Eight (GoB) Universities. This article summarizes the laboratory safety policies and management experience in the Department of Chemical Engineering, Monash University. Detailed information on the safe work procedures, various training programs, safety committee system, and comprehensive documentation is described and discussed. The article focuses on the Monash University. These experience could contribute valuable new insig types and processes of trainings provided by hts to laboratory safety management.
