开封市食品从业人员营养KAP调查

摘要 目的了解食品从业人员营养知识、态度、行为,为对其进行营养健康教育提供依据。方法采取问卷调查的方法,对6 423名食品从业人员进行问卷调查。结果营养知识得分女性高于男性,差异有统计学意义(t=2.48,P<0.01)。各年龄组营养知识得分差异有统计学意义(F=3832.5,P<0.01))。不同从业工龄组营养知识得分差异有统计学意义(F=670.25,P<0.01)。行业类别各组间差异有统计学意义(F=763.25,P<0.01)。营养知识与饮食行为呈正相关关系(R=0.306,P=0.000)。营养态度与饮食行为呈正相关关系(R=0.513,P=0.000)。结论应针对食品从业人员开展营养健康知识教育,以促使其建立良好的饮食行为。 Objective To study the nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior of employees in the food industry, to provide evidence for nutritional health education. Methods adopt questionnaire survey method and 6423 food employ- ees were surveyed.. Results The nutritional knowledge score women more than men, the difference was statistically significant (t=2.48, P〈0.01 ). Nutrition knowledge score difference was statistically significant among age groups (F= 3832.5, P〈0.01 ).The difference among different working group were statistically significant ( F=670.25, P〈0.01 ).The differences among diffent Industry categories were statistically significant( F=763.25 ,P〈0.01 ). Nutritional knowledge and dietary behaviors were positively correlated relationship (R=0.306, P=0.306 ). Nutrition attitudes and dietary be- havior was positively correlation ( R=0.513,P=0.513 ). Conclusion nutrition health food practitioners should be fo- cused on knowledge education, to promote its building good eating behavior.
