134家医疗机构官网中病案学科介绍的调查

Investigation on the Introduction of Medical Records Discipline in the Official Websites of 134 Medical Institutions

目的了解我国医疗机构官网中对病案学科介绍情况,讨论其缺失原因并对其设置提出建议。方法随机查询全国134家医院官网对病案管理学科介绍并根据内容进行分类统计。结果 134家医疗机构官网显示病案科(室)介绍的有20家,约占15%;有学术、学科功能简介的有14家,约占10%;有科室介绍内容更新的有9家,约占0.7%;学术、学科带头人简介的0家。20家医疗机构中12家医院病案科设置为一级医技科室,占60%;余下的分别隶属于医务部、信息中心。结论通过网上随机调研,发现全国多地医疗机构官方网站对于专业性管理医疗数据的科室介绍存在明显欠缺,而这是一种理念和文化的缺失,体现出病案科(室)在医疗机构的地位及现状,多种原因导致了这种客观存在,值得深思和改进。呼吁全国各医院官网尽快在医技科室介绍栏目中有病案科(室)的介绍。

Objectives To understand the introduction situation of medical records discipline in the official websites of medical institutions in our nation, discuss the deficiency reason and put forward advice for the settings.Methods The introduction situation of medical records discipline in the official websites of 134 medical institutions in our nation were randomly inquired, and make statistical analysis on the content. Results There were 20 medical institutions in 134 had the introduction of the discipline, which accounted for 15%,14 medical institutions had introduction of academic and discipline function, which accounted for 14%, 9 medical institutions had update of the content, which accounted for 0.7%, and no medical institution had introduction on the leaders of the discipline. 12 in 20 medical institutions set medical records department as the first degree of medical technology, which accounted for 60%, while others were affiliated to medical affairs ministry or information center. Conclusions Through the investigation on the website, we found that there were obvious shortages in the introduction of professional medical data management department in the official websites of medical institutions in many different places of the nation. It was a kind of shortages in concept and culture, which indicated the position and current situation of medical records department, the reasons led this objective situation were various and worth thinking. We should call on the extra of medical records department introduction in the column of medical technology departments in the official websites of the hospitals in the whole nation.
