卫生信息管理专业现状的探讨

医院对于病案管理人才的需求呈现不断增加的趋势,而医学院校卫生信息管理专业的发展却滞后于医院的发展。表现为办学层次偏低、招生人数较少、学生就业困难等。探讨形成这种现状的主要原因是办学单位观念上不重视、医院门槛设置过高、病案人员入职资格过低和病案专业职称发展不完善等。针对这种现状高等医学院校应从政策上重视引导卫生信息专业发展、设立行业入职资格考试、完善卫生信息专业职称发展路径、举办全国病案大赛及加强卫生信息管理专业师资建设等措施来促进卫生信息管理专业的发展,从而最终能推动医疗机构病案管理的发展。

The requirements for medical management talents of the hospital are increasing continuously, while the development of health information management specialty is lagging behind the development of the hospital,which shows in aspects such as low education level, less enroll students and hard to find a job and so on. The primary causes of this current situation included indifference of the school ideally, the high requirements of the hospitals, the low entry qualification of the medical records work staff and imperfect of job titles of medical records specialty and so on. Aimed at the situation, the medical colleges should attach importance to the development of health information management specialty in policy, establish entry qualification examination, complete development pathways, hold up medical records megagame nationwide and strengthen the construction of teaching staff, so as to promote the development of the medical records management specialty, thus could we promote the development of medical records management of medical institutions.
