摘要
为了提高内分泌学科临床见习教学质量,解决临床见习重大难点问题,我们建立以病例为基础、以问题为中心的教学模式,即CBL与PBL相结合的教学模式。两种教学模式相结合运用于在内分泌疾病临床见习教学要在见习前选择合适病例,见习中进行病史采集后教师对完成情况的总结并提出讨论的问题,课后分组学习并汇报最终小组讨论意见,在教师指导下进一步整理病例总结。此种模式可以调动学生的学习自主能动性,提高学生知识掌握程度及解决临床问题的能力,培养学生团队精神及沟通能力。CBL与PBL相结合的教学模式在内分泌疾病临床见习应用,有利于提高学生对内分泌疾病的认识,调动学习的兴趣及自主能动性、提高学生知识掌握程度及解决临床问题的能力、培养团队精神及沟通能力,同时,有助于教学相长,提高教师水平。但该教学模式仍存在问题,应进一步总结教学经验,弥补教学不足并及时给予教学效果评估。
In order to improve the teaching quality of clinic trainee in endocrinology department and solve the important clinical problems, we established the teaching mode which based on medical cases and centered with problems, which also named CBL combined with PBL teaching mode. We should choose appropriate medical cases before the trainee at first, the teachers summarize the finish situation and put forward questions during the trainee,then they study in each group after the class and report the view of the group finally, and make summary on the medical cases under the guidance of the teachers. After a period of study, we realized that the mode could mobilize the initiative of the students, improve the knowledge master degree as well as the ability of solving clinical problems,cultivate the teamwork spirit and communication capacity of the students. The application of CBL combined with PBL teaching mode in the clinic trainee of endocrinology department was helpful for the acquaintance to endocrinological diseases, mobilize the initiative of the students, improve the knowledge master degree as well as the ability of solving clinical problems, cultivate the teamwork spirit and communication capacity of the students. At the same time, it was beneficial for the improvement of teaching ability of the teachers. But there were still problems existing in the teaching mode, we should summarize teaching experience more to make up for the shortages of teaching and make effect evaluation on the teaching process timely.
