摘要
介绍了管式聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜处理含乳化液废水的特点,针对含乳化液废水的性质,探讨了膜类型、操作压力、膜面流速、操作温度等因素对膜污染的影响,提出了控制膜污染的物理和化学清洗方法,并根据污染类型给出清洗药剂的选择建议。
Introduced characteristics of the tubular PVDF ultrafiltration membrane of emulsion wastewater treatment. Based on the properties of emulsion wastewater,discusses impact of membrane type,operating pressure,membrane surface velocity,operating temperature and other factors on membrane fouling,membrane fouling control of physical and chemical cleaning methods is proposed,and selections of cleaning agent are suggested according to the type of pollution.
