Regarding the current state of industry cleaning field,a series of study and practices have been completed： building the running style of ＂QEO Management System＂withcontinuing revising;combining the process controlling with company management; making the management strategies——cost advantage strategy,difference strategy and concentration strategy. By these studies and practice,not only the controlling capacity of industry cleaning and management level get higher,but also the marketing competition ability is substantially improved.
