摘要
介绍了压力传感器超低温环境下现场校准装置原理及组成,论述校准装置主要技术指标计算方法、温度调节控制算法,结合液氧推进剂条件压力参数校准要求,给出了试验现场压力传感器校准装置具体实现方案。通过低温传感器现场校准数据与不确定度计算,验证了低温压力传感器校准装置的可行性和数据准确性。
The composition and principle of field calibration unit for the pressure sensor under cryogenic environment are introduced. The theoretical computation method and the temperature controlling algorithm of the main index of the calibration unit are also described. Combining the requirements of pressure parameter calibration for the liquid rocket engine, the certain realization scheme of the field calibration unit for pressure sensor is put forward. Finally, the feasibility and reliability of the calibration unit for the cryogenic pressure sensor is verified by computing the cryogenic pressure sensor calibration data and its uncertainty.
