作业疗法在精神疾病康复治疗中的应用研究

Application research of occupational therapy in psychosis rehabilitation

目的：探讨作业疗法在精神疾病康复治疗中的应用效果。方法：选择2013年6月～2014年12月在我院接受治疗的120例精神分裂症患者，按照随机数字法等分为试验组与对照组，对照组给予常规护理；试验组在此基础上采取作业疗法，比较两组患者干预前后护士观察量表（NOSIE-30）评分、日常生活能力量表（ADL）评分及阴性症状量表（SANS）评分。结果：两组患者治疗前后，试验组NOSIE-30与对照组比较、治疗前后自身比较各项因子均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。试验组治疗1，3，6个月后ADL评分均明显提高，与治疗前比较及与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。SANS不同时间点各因子评分试验组均优于对照组，差异比较具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：作业疗法在精神病康复治疗中提高了患者的认知能力、生活自理能力、情感表达能力、社交能力等，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective：To explore the application effects of occupational therapy in psychosis rehabilitation. Methods：Selected 120 schizophrenics receiving treatment in our hospital from June 2013 to December 2014, divided them into experimental group and control group according to random number table gave the control group routine intervention; adopted occupational therapy on this basis, compared Nurses＇ Observation Scale （NOSIE -30） scores, Acti ty of Daily Living Scale （ADL） scores and Negative Syndrome Scale （SANS） scores of patients in the two groups before and after the intervention. Resul Before and after the therapy, the NOSIE -30 comparison between the experimental group and the control group, and the self comparison of various fact were all of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. The ADL scores after treating for 1,3 and 6 months of the experimental group were all significantly improve and their comparisons with the ADL score before the treatment and with that of the control group were both of statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The experi-mental group＇ s scores of all factors in SANS at different time were better than those of the control group, and the differences were of statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： In psychosis rehabilitation, occupational therapy improves patients＇cognitive abilities, self - care ability, emotion expression ab ty and sociability, for which it has relatively high clinical application value.
