早产儿护理干预中家长参与式护理模式的应用效果观察

Application effect observation of parents-participating nursing mode in premature nursing intervention

目的：探讨早产儿护理干预中家长参与式护理模式的应用效果。方法：将2015年1月～2016年1月我院出生的100例早产儿随机等分为对照组及研究组，对照组接受常规护理；研究组采取家长参与式模式护理，比较两组患儿临床护理效果。结果：研究组护理服务满意度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；两组患儿发育商、体格比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：家长参与式护理模式可明显提高早产儿护理干预效果，值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。

Objective ： To explore the application effects of parents - participating nursing mode in premature nursing intervention. Methods ： Randomly divid- ed 100 prematures born in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 into control group and research group, the control group accepted routine nurs- ing; the research group adopted parents - participating nursing mode, and compared clinical nursing effects of prematures in the two groups. Results： The nursing service satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; com- pared the development quotient and physique of prematures in the two groups, and the differences were statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The parents - participating nursing mode can significantly enhance the effects of premature nursing intervention and it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing work.
