目的:探讨重建护士人文形象对推进人本位整体护理的影响。方法:通过强化护士的职业形象、提升护士人文素质的一系列举措,提高优质护理服务质量,推进人本位整体护理。结果:活动开展后患者的就医感受优于活动前,护士的人文素质和患者就医感受评价指标明显提高,人本位整体护理的各项评价指标优于活动前,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:开展重建护士人文形象的活动,有利于提高护士的人文素质和人文关怀能力,改善患者的就医感受,提高优质护理服务质量,促进人本位整体护理的深入开展。

Objective ：To explore the influence of rebuilding nurses＇humanistic image on promotion of human - based overall nursing. Methods： By a series of measures of strengthening nurses＇ professional image and enhancing nurses＇humanistic quality, improved excellent nursing service quality and promoted hu- man - based overall nursing. Results ： After the activities, patients＇ feeling on seeking medical treatment was better than the one before the activities, evalu- ation indicators of nurses ＇ humanistic quality and patients ＇ feeling on seeking medical treatment were significantly improved, various evaluation indicators of human - based overall nursing were better than the one before the activity, and the difference was of statistical significance （ both P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Conducting activities of rebuilding nurses＇ humanistic image helps to enhance nurses＇ humanistic quality and humanistic care ability, improve patients＇ feeling on seeking medical treatment, enhance excellent nursing service quality and propel the in - depth conduction of human - based overall nursing.
