摘要
目的:探讨运用PDCA循环配合新技术开展的效果。方法:按照PDCA循环步骤,根据要求确定开展的新技术,制定培训计划,对全科护士采取多种培训方式,初步形成护士长-责任组长-责任护士三级质控链,对培训效果进行评价,评价结果作为再次循环的参考依据。结果:培训后护士相关新技术的理论知识高于培训前(P<0.05),焦虑评分低于培训前(P<0.05)。结论:运用PDCA循环对科室护士新技术知识培训,可使护士预先了解对新技术的相关知识,熟悉护理知识,从而提高护士的护理水平,提高了护士长的业务能力和在科室的影响力,提高了护理质量,保证了护理安全,体现了优质护理的内涵。
Objective: To explore the effects of using PDCA cycle to coordinate for the conduction of new technology, Methods : ht accordance with PDCA cy- cle' s steps and requirements, confirmed the new technology in need of conduction, made training plan, adopted multiple training ways on general nurses, preliminarily formed a head nurse - duty nurse team leader - primary nurse three - level quality control chain, assessed training effect and took the assess- ment results as reference for recycle. Results: After the training, nurses' theory knowledge about new technology was higher than the one before the training ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the anxiety score was lower than the one before the training (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Using PDCA cycle to conduct training of new tech- nology knowledge on nurses can enable nurses to learn about relevant knowledge of new technology in advance, get familiar with nursing knowledge and thus enhance nurses's nursing level, head nurses'professional ability and influence in departments, improve nursing quality, guarantee nursing safety and embody the meaning of excellent nursing.
