石墨烯及其衍生物的生物医学应用

摘要 自2004年发现石墨烯至今,石墨烯的相关性质开始被人们慢慢挖掘。石墨烯是由sp^2杂化连接形成的单原子层蜂窝状二维原子晶体,是世界上最薄的新型二维纳米材料,其厚度仅为0.35 nm,并拥有非常高的机械性能、表面积及电传导速率,这成为石墨烯在力学、电学及光学的应用基础。石墨烯应用于生物医学的主要形式是功能化石墨烯,功能化石墨烯表面含有大量的活性基团,
