知识经济是区别于以往经济形态的创新经济,在这一特定经济增长与发展阶段实施国家现代化战略目标.就应将教有创新放在国民经济与社会发展的优先战略地位上.
Writer of this essay holds the point of view that knowledge economy is a novel economic form which is totally different from other economic forms.To reach our country's strategic goal of modernization in this specific period of economic growth and development, we have to put educational Innovation to a preferential strategic position in national economy and social development.
