自十八届五中全会提出五大发展理念以来,五大发展理念成为引领社会发展的新指南。今年党又决定在全党开展"学党章党规、学系列讲话,做合格党员"的学习教育活动,这一活动的开展要牢固树立和贯彻落实五大发展理念,以五大发展理念引领社会新风尚,推进党的先进性纯洁性建设。

Since the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the Five Concepts of the Development, it becomes a new guide for social development. This year, the party has decided to carry out ＂learning Party Constitution in the party, learning series speeches, and be qualified party members＂ , this activity should firmly establish and implement the Five Concepts of the Development ideas, with the Five Concepts of the Development leading the social new trend in promoting the party＇s building of the advanced and purity.
