学生党组织建设作为党建工作的重要组成部分,直接影响高校基层党组织战斗堡垒作用和共产党员先锋模范作用的发挥。在新常态的形势下,如何加强对学生党员的教育、管理和监督,就要依据新时期大学生自身的特点展开,学生党支部工作的主导思想应遵循科学创新的原则,要活动创新、实践创新,增强他们的群众工作能力,这样才能起到团结学生党员队伍、凝聚广大有为青年,使其成为中国特色社会主义栋梁的作用。本文将从自身工作体会,分析存在的问题,提出解决的途径与办法。

In the new normal situation, how to strengthen the teaching, management and supervision for the student communist should be centered on the characters of the undergraduate in the new period. According to the principle of scientific innovation, the branches for students should innovate the activities and the practices as well as strengthen the capacity of the masses for work in order to unite the student communist and the promising youth, which will make them being the pillar of socialism with Chinese characters. From working experience of the author, he will analyze the existing problems and then put forward how to solve these problems.
