精确物理隔离对呼吸道感染疾病相关症状的防护研究

摘要 目的通过对霾星人鼻用空气净化器(MXR)的防护效果进行前瞻性研究,探讨精确物理隔离对急性呼吸道感染疾病的预防作用。方法 2015年1月于北京市天通苑12个社区招募志愿者2 000例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将志愿者分为试验组和对照组,各1 000例。对试验组培训MXR正确佩戴方法,指导其在户外活动时均佩戴MXR。对照组户外活动的防护方式不进行任何干预。干预时间为2015年2—5月。于干预期间每月末,采用预先设计的呼吸道症状评估表记录两组出现的呼吸道感染疾病相关症状及严重程度。结果干预期间,试验组脱落114例,对照组脱落101例。试验组2015年2月、3月及5月呼吸道感染疾病相关症状发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组2015年4月呼吸道感染疾病相关症状发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预期间,试验组认为外观感受差120例(13.54%),面部贴合度差54例(6.09%),出现憋闷感47例(5.30%),皮肤过敏15例(1.69%),系带紧绷11例(1.24%)。结论采用精确物理隔离对外源颗粒引起的呼吸道感染疾病相关症状具有一定的防护作用。 Objective To validate the preventive effect of accurate physical isolation on respiratory disease by the prospective study of protective effect of MXR. Methods 2 000 residents in twelve communities of Tiantongyuan in Beijing were recruited as volunteers in our study in January 2015. And they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table,with 1 000 cases for each one. Participants in the experimental group were trained with MXR correctly wearing method and guided to wear MXR during outdoor activities. While participants from the control group did not receive any intervention. Intervention duration was from February to May 2015. At the end of each month during intervention duration,we kept recording relevant symptoms of respiratory disease symptoms and the degree of severity of both groups. Results114 cases were dropped in experimental group and 101 cases in control group. The morbidity of relevant symptoms of respiratory disease infections in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group in February,March,and May in2015( P〈0. 05). The comparison of morbidity of relevant symptoms of respiratory disease infections in the two groups in April in 2015 showed that the difference was not statistically significant( P〈0. 05). During intervention,in the experimental group,120 cases( 13. 54%) felt bad appearance,54 cases( 6. 09%) had bad facial joint degree,47 cases( 5. 30%) sniffing,15cases( 1. 69%) appeared skin allergy,11 cases( 1. 24%) tight frenum. Conclusion The application of accurate physical isolation has significant certain protective effect on the protection of patient relevant symptoms from of respiratory infection disease.
