摘要 本文介绍了心肺运动试验(CPET)评估麻醉手术危险性常用指标峰值摄氧量和无氧阈,叙述了CPET对麻醉手术危险性评估的临床应用,可指导手术进程、患者管理和术后转归,说明CPET是一种体现人体心肺代谢等功能的整体性检查方法,可以反映出从心肺到骨骼、肌肉的整体氧运输代谢的过程,是常规静态心肺功能检查的必要补充。 Cardiopulmonary exercise testing( CPET) can be used to evaluate risk of operation with anesthesia,peak oxygen consumption and anaerobic threshold are the two commonly used indicators. CPET can assess the risk of operation with anesthesia and guide the operation process,patient management and postoperative outcome. CPET is a holistic method which can check cardiopulmonary metabolism,and can reflect the whole process of metabolism and transport of oxygen from the lung to skeletal muscle,so CPET is a necessary complement to conventional static cardiovascular and pulmonary function test.
