摘要 激活转录因子3(ATF3)是细胞在缺血-再灌注损伤、神经元或肝损伤、皮肤损伤、病毒癌基因表达或DNA损伤刺激下产生的一种蛋白质.近年来研究发现ATF3在人类多种恶性肿瘤发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用. Activating transcription factor 3 (ATF3) is a protein produced by the cells in the ischemic reperfusion injury,neuronal or liver damage,skin damage,viral oncogene expression or DNA damage.Recent studies have found that ATF3 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of human malignant tumors.
