EB病毒感染相关肿瘤增殖性疾病的研究进展

Progress on research of Epstein-barr virus infection related tumor hyperplastic disease

EB病毒（EBV）感染在人群中非常普遍，通常以无临床症状的潜伏感染存在，EBV与机体多种恶性肿瘤如淋巴瘤、鼻咽癌等密切相关，由于EB感染相关疾病的异质性、普遍性，很多免疫功能受损患者以不明原因发热就诊于急诊，疾病的背后往往是合并淋巴瘤或EB病毒感染。本文就EB病毒的生物学特点、EB病毒相关的淋巴细胞增殖肿瘤和上皮源性肿瘤研究进展进行综述，以期提高对EB相关细胞增殖性疾病的临床认识。

Epstein-barr virus （EBV） infection is very common in the crowd, usually exist in asymptomatic latent infection; and EBV is closely related to a variety of malignancies such as lymphoma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Due to the heterogeneity and high universality of EBV infection related diseases, a lot of immunodeficiency patients with fever of unknown origin （FUO） for emergency treatment, are always the case combination of lymphoma or EBV infection behind. In this paper, progress on the biological characteristics of EBV, EBV related lymphocyte proliferation tumor and epitheliogenic malignant tumor were summarized, so as to enhance the clinical understanding of EBV- related hyperplastic disease.
