以发热 难治性多浆膜腔积液为主要表现的Castleman病1例
摘要
Castleman病（Castleman’s disease，CD），又称巨大淋巴结增生症或血管淋巴性滤泡组织增生，是一种以不明原因淋巴结肿大为特征的慢性淋巴组织增生性疾病，临床上较少见。按肿大淋巴结的分布分为局灶型和多中心型。
