摘要 分析了2219铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头缺陷特征,研究了2219铝合金搅拌摩擦焊焊缝缺陷相控阵超声波检测技术的原理和特点,采用相控阵超声波检测方法对典型的搅拌摩擦焊焊缝缺陷进行了检测,并通过金相剖切结果对检测结果进行了验证和对比分析。结果表明,针对搅拌摩擦焊焊缝缺陷的特点,相控阵超声波无损检测技术对缺陷的检出能力强,对搅拌摩擦焊焊缝的根部弱结合等面积型缺陷和孔洞等体积型缺陷都有较好的检测能力,是一种行之有效的搅拌摩擦焊焊缝缺陷检测方法。 The typical defect characteristics in 2219 aluminum alloy friction stir welded( FSW) joint were analyzed,and the basic principle and characteristics of phased array ultrasonic testing( PAUT) were investigated. The typical defect in 2219 Aluminum alloy of FSW joint were detected using PAUT technology,and the test result was compared with optical microscopy. The experimental results showed that phased array ultrasonic testing has potential application to nondestructive inspection of FSW joint.
