摘要
运用有限元分析软件ANSYS11.0对120钢框胶合板模板进行了模拟仿真,在考虑实际工况的情况下,忽略倒角、孔特征,利用BEAM188和SHELL63单元进行建模,得出了模板受均布载荷时的最大挠度、最大等效应力的位置及相应数值。研究了边框厚度对模板整体力学性能的影响,并利用相同方法研究TOP系列模板,得出了背楞间距的较好布置方式。
This paper stimulates and analyzes the 120 Universal Panel Formwork by software ANSYS 11.0. Under considering actual condition and ingnoring the character of fillet and hole, modeling finite analysis was carried out with BEAM188 and SHELL 63 elements. The position and value of maximum deflection and maximum equivalent stress of the formwork under uniformly distributed load were obtained. Influence of thickness of side frame on whole mechanical behavior of formwork was researched. The same research method was used for TOP series of formwork. Better arrangement way of back - edge interval is obtained.
