磁纳材料表面可修饰性在食品污染物快速分析中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 磁性纳米材料具有纳米材料比表面积大、尺寸小、偶联容量高、表面可修饰等特性以及独特的磁学性质,通过表面包裹、修饰无机纳米材料、有机小分子和有机高分子等降低粒子表面能获得具有可分散性或功能化的磁性纳米粒子,调节磁性纳米粒子的生物相容性和反应特性,可广泛应用于食品污染物快速分析中的样品前处理,如分离提纯、富集萃取以及检测过程中的信号放大、提高选择性及灵敏度等。基于磁性纳米材料的各种固相萃取方法以及新型传感器的研究发展迅速,文中综述了磁性纳米材料的表面可修饰性在食品安全检测方面的研究现状和应用情况,并展望了该领域发展趋势。 Magnetic nano-materials have a lot of characteristics including high specific surface, small size, high coupling capacity,surface modifiability and the magnetic properties. The magnetic nanoparticles can be coated by inorganic nano-materials, small organic molecules and organic polymers so that they could be dispersed and function through reducing the surface potential. Moreover, the appropriate surface coating of the magnetic nano-materials can also adjust its biocompatibility and its response in rapid food detection. Magnetic nano-materials can be widely used in pretreatment of samples such as separation and purification, extraction and concentrating, signal amplification, selec- tivity and sensitivity increasing. In recent years, extracting method based on magnetic nano-materials and new type of sensors were developed rapidly. In this article, the study and application of magnetic nano-materials in contaminate determination in food were summarized and analyzed. The further research trend was proposed.
