摘要
通过La^(3+)刺激青霉菌产漆酶从而获得活性较高的酶液。筛选出具有促进产酶效果较好的La^(3+)的浓度,并对其酶学性质进行了研究;将最佳状态的酶液应用于纸浆漂白,测纸浆的卡伯值和白度来考察其漂白效果。La^(3+)的浓度为10^(-8)g/L时La^(3+)对青霉产漆酶的促进作用最大,酶活提高量达到154%,但是,对酶学性质影响不大;对纸浆漂白可使白度在化学漂白的基础上提高10.2%ISO;且在相同酶活的条件下,有稀土参与漂白的白度比不加稀土(19.8%)的提高了1.8%ISO。研究表明镧对青霉菌产漆酶及酶在纸浆漂白中的作用都有较大的提高。
The high activity of the enzyme solution was obtained by stimulating penicillium for enzyme production by using La3 +. The best enzyme solution of La3 + was screened out and enzymatic properties were investigated. The best enzyme solution was used in pulp bleaching and the bleaching effect was detremined by measuring Kappa number and whiteness of pulp. It was found that the concentration of La3+ was 10^- 8 g/L,which has most promoting role of producing laccase by penicillium, and the enzymatic activity increased to 154%. However, La3+ bad little effect on the properties of laccase. In comparison with the chemical bleached pulp,the brightness of the pulp increased by 10.2% ISO. Compared with no rare earth, the bleaching whiteness involved rare earths increased by 1.8% ISO. The results show that the stimulating penicillium for enzyme production and the bleached plup by La3+ were further improved.
