国内稀土上市公司政府补助与研发投入关系实证分析

A Research of Incentive Effect of Government Subsidies on R & D Investment Based on the Data from the Listed Rare Earth Companies in China

为研究政府补助对稀土企业研发投入的效果,以国内稀土上市公司为样本,按各稀土上市公司整体和标志性上市公司两个角度,分析政府补助与研发强度的实证关系。发现国内稀土上市公司整体科研方面的政府补助强度与研发强度呈显著正相关,不同类型的稀土上市公司的企业规模、盈利能力、资产结构与研发强度相关性不同。结果证明,科研方面的政府补助对提高稀土企业研发强度是必要的,政府补助需区别稀土企业类型,采取不同的措施提高稀土企业的的研发强度。

To understand the impact of the governmentg grants on rare earth company R＆ D capabilities, this research an- alyzed the listed rare earth companies from two perspectives： the entire ecosystem and representative companies. This research analyzed the correlation between the governmentg grants and companies＇ research capabilities. This research finds that there is a positive correlation between the government＇ s grants and R＆D capability of listed rare earth companies. This correlation dif- fers among various types of listed rare earth companies, their company scales, profitability, asset structure and R＆D input. The research proves the statement that the government＇s grants are pivotal for improving companies＂ R＆D capability. Govern- ment should take different grant approach for different types of rare earth companies to improve their R＆D capability.
