As a pattern of entire teaching reform, aim-teaching has spread in many schools.Teachers colleges'main task is to cultivate qualified teachers for elementary educa-tion.This paper probes into the operation of aim-teacthing,the strengthening of mock teaching and the practice of teaching skills.
