摘要
办好高等教育,必须要有一支高素质的教师队伍,还必须具有一支精良的干部队伍.建立和完善干部激励竞争机制是推进干部能上能下的实质与内在要求,是造就高素质干部队伍的必然要求,是适应社会主义市场经济发展和高等教育改革的现实要求,对切实解决高校干部工作和干部队伍建设中的诸多问题具有重要意义.
In order to promote the development of higher education, we must train a team of competent cardrs as well as qualified teachers. The establishment and improvement of competition mechanisms among the cardrs have great significances. They are the essence of scientific selection of cardrs.They can train a team of qualified cardrs. They can be compatible with the development of socialist market economy and the reform of higher education. They can also solve many problems in cardrs'work and the build of the team.
