UBE2C基因在食管鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨UBE2C基因在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测207例食管鳞癌组织中UBE2C的表达,分析其与食管鳞癌的临床病理学特征的关系。结果食管鳞癌UBE2C阳性表达率为43.5%(90/207)。UBE2C的表达与食管鳞癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05)。UBE2C阳性患者的术后5年总体生存率为27.4%,低于阴性表达者的38.6%(P<0.05)。结论 UBE2C在食管鳞癌组织中呈高表达,与食管鳞癌的发生、侵袭性行为及预后密切相关,可作为临床评估食管鳞癌生物学行为不良的一项分子学标志。 Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of UBE2C gene in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of UBE2C in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of 207 cases. Results The positive expression rate of UBE2C in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was 43.5% (90/207), which was significantly associated with the invasive depth, lymphatic metastasis and TNM stage(P〈0. 05). The overall 5-year survival rate was lower in the patients with positive UBE2C expression than that in those with negative UBE2C expression(27.4% vs. 38. 6%) (P〈0. 05). Conclusion UBE2C gene is highly expressed in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, which is closely related with tumor aggressive behavior and prognosis of the patients. UBE2C gene might be used as a biomarker for predicting a poor biological behavior of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
