造血干细胞移植治疗重型再生障碍性贫血患者21例
摘要
重型再生障碍性贫血(SAA)是一种严重的骨髓造血功能衰竭性疾病,病程短、进展快、死亡率高。SAA的主要治疗方案有免疫抑制治疗(IST)和造血干细胞移植(HSCT)。本文回顾性分析了HSCT治疗21例SAA患者的疗效,现报道如下。
