摘要
探讨了DHA藻油调和油对SD大鼠心肌组织总蛋白、丙二醛(MDA)含量、乙酰胆碱酯酶(ACh E)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的影响。将54只SD雄性大鼠随机分为9组:DHA藻油组,大豆调和油组,花生调和油组,含低、中、高剂量DHA藻油的大豆调和油组,含低、中、高剂量DHA藻油的花生调和油组。连续灌胃8周后,取大鼠心肌组织,测其总蛋白、MDA含量、ACh E和GSH-Px活性。结果表明:含DHA藻油的大豆调和油组大鼠心肌组织中MDA含量、ACh E活性均与大豆调和油组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);含DHA藻油的花生调和油组大鼠心肌组织中MDA含量、ACh E活性均与DHA藻油组有显著性差异(P<0.05);含DHA藻油的两种调和油的GSH-Px活性与DHA藻油组、大豆调和油组、花生调和油组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。含DHA藻油的大豆调和油、花生调和油灌胃SD大鼠后,对心肌组织有保护作用并增强了其抗氧化功能。
The effects of DHA algae oil blend oil on total protein level, MDA content, acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH -Px) activities in myocardial tissue of SD rat were studied. 54 SD rats were randomly divided into nine groups : pure DHA algae oil group ( CK1 ), soybean blend oil group (CK2) , peanut blend oil group (CK3 ), groups of soybean blend oil containing low, medium and high content of DHA algae oil, groups of peanut blend oil containing low, medium and high content of DHA algae oil. The myocardial tissues of rats were removed after being administrated for eight weeks, then their total protein level, MDA content, AChE and GSH -Px activities were measured. The results showed that the MDA content and AChE activity of rats in soybean blend oil containing DHA algae oil group had significant differences compared with those in CK2 (P 〈 0.05), these values of rats in peanut blend oil con- taining DHA algae oil group had significant differences compared with those in CK1 (P 〈 0.05 ), however,there was no significant difference between two blend oils containing DHA algae oil groups and CK1, CK2 and CK3 in terms of GSH -Px activity (P 〉 0.05). Both soybean blend oil and peanut blend oil containing DHA algae oil had benefit effects on protection of myocardial tissue and en- hancement of antioxidant function of SD rats.
