摘要
采用热水浸提法从油茶籽粕中提取茶籽多糖,通过正交试验确定了茶籽多糖的最佳提取条件,并对比了Sevage法、三氯乙酸法、聚酰胺法、酶法脱蛋白的效果。结果表明:茶籽多糖最佳提取条件为料液比1∶10、提取温度70℃、提取时间3 h,在最佳提取条件下茶籽多糖得率为30.31%;采用碱性蛋白酶酶法脱蛋白效果最佳,其蛋白质脱除率为74.38%,茶籽多糖保留率为75.40%。
The oil - tea camellia seed polysaccharides were extracted from the seed meal of Camellia oleifera Abel by hot water, and the optimal extraction conditions effects of deproteinization by Sevage method, trichloroacetic method were compared. The resuhs showed that the were obtained by orthogonal experiment. The acid method, polyamide method and enzyme optimal extraction conditions of oil - tea camellia seed polysaccharides were obtained as follows : ratio of material to liquid 1 : 10, extraction temperature 70 ~C and extraction time 3 h. Under these conditions, the yield of oil - tea camellia seed polysaeeharides was 30.31%. The effect of deproteinization by alkaline protease was the best, and the removal rate of protein and retention rate of oil - tea camellia seed polysaceharides were 74.38% and 75.40% respec- tively.
