摘要
针对检测电涌保护器(SPD)击穿方法的问题,通过对雷电过电压作用下,SPD击穿时周围产生的瞬态电磁场以及电磁感应的理论分析。利用组合波发生器(12、50μs)模拟雷电流发生器,对开关型SPD、限压型SPD分别做冲击试验。试验结果得出:冲击电压为0-5 k V范围时,传感器两端的感应电压随着冲击电压的增大而线性增加;冲击电压相同时,测试开关式压敏电阻的感应电压小于限压型压敏电阻;测试器件相同的情况下,不同表面尺寸的传感器两端的感应电压存在较大差异。探究了利用电磁感应的原理检测SPD的击穿方法,在实际防雷运用中具有参考价值。
In order to find out the detection method of breakdown in surge protection device (SPD), by theory analysis on the transient electromagnetic field and electromagnetic induction generated when SPD breakdown under the effect of lightning overvoltage. The lightning current wave generator is simulated by combined wave generator (1.2/50μs,8/20 μS), impulse tests are carried out respectively on switching type SPD and voltage limiting type SPD. The following results can be obtained that: under the impulse voltage of 0-5 kV range, the induced voltage across the sensor improves linearly with the increase of impulse voltage; when the impulse voltage is the same, the induced voltage of voltage switching type SPD is less than the voltage limiting SPD^s; when testing the same device, the sensors which have different surface varies in induced voltage greatly. The method of monitoring the discharge of SPD by using electromagnetic induction is studied, which has a certain reference value in the practical application.
