慢性浅表性胃炎属于中医学胃痞、胃痛的范畴,一般认为,本病病位在胃脘,病机多为气机升降失司,胃失和降、胃失所养。胃肺在生理上密切相关,病理上相互影响。临床治疗胃疾,若顾及于肺,则往往可以提高疗效。胃肺同治则是根据胃肺的生理特点,采用降逆、滋养的方法进行辨治。
