麻芩咳喘汤联合针刺对支气管哮喘急性发作期呼吸力学及细胞免疫功能的影响

Effect of Maqin Kechuan Decoction Combined with Acupuncture on Respiratory Mechanics and Cellular Immune Function in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Bronchial Asthma

目的:观察麻芩咳喘汤联合针刺对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者呼吸力学及细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:随机数字表格法将符合纳入标准的80例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者分为两组各40例,对照组采取西药治疗,观察组则给予麻芩咳喘汤联合针刺治疗,对两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医症候积分、肺功能、呼吸力学及细胞免疫功能指标比较。结果:观察组治疗总有效率95.00%显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医症候积分(喘息、哮鸣音、胸闷、咳嗽)、Rrs、Raw、IL-4、Ig E较治疗前均明显降低,FEV1、PEF、Cs、Cd、Ct、Rrs、Raw、INF-γ水平较治疗前均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后中医症候积分、FEV1、PEF、Cs、Cd、Ct、Rrs、Raw、Rrs、Raw、IL-4、Ig E水平与对照组同期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻芩咳喘汤联合针刺能明显改善支气管哮喘急性发作期患者肺功能及呼吸力学指标,对细胞免疫功能有一定的调节作用,显著改善哮喘症状。

Objective： To analyze the effect of Maqin Kechuan Decoction combined with acupuncture on respiratory mechanics and cellular immune function in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Methods： 80 cases of patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups by the random number table method,40 cases in each. The controlled group was treated with western medicine while the observation group was treated with Maqin Kechuan Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy. The clinical curative effect,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,lung function,respiratory mechanics and cellular immune function were compared between the two groups. Results： The total response rate in the observation group（ 95. 00%） was significantly higher than that in the controlled group（ 75. 00%）（ P0. 05）.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores（ wheezing,wheezing rale,tightness in the chest,coughing）,RRs,Raw,IL- 4and Ig E in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment while FEV1,PEF,Cs,Cd,Ct,Rrs and INF-γlevels were significantly higher than those before treatment（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,there were significant differences in TCM syndrome scores,FEV1,PEF,Cs,Cd,Ct,Rrs,Raw,Rrs,IL- 4and Ig E levels between the observation group and the controlled group（ P0. 05）. Conclusion： Maqin Kechuan Decoction combined with acupuncture can obviously improve the pulmonary function and respiratory mechanics indexes in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. It plays a certain role in the regulation of cellular immune function and can significantly relieve the symptoms of asthma.
