自拟复胃散加减治疗慢性胃炎103例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Self-made Fuwei Powder Adding and Subtraction in the Treatment of 103 Cases Patients with Chronic Gastritis

目的：观察自拟复胃散加减方治疗慢性胃炎的疗效。方法：以2013年6月~2015年6月在我院接受治疗的103例慢性胃炎患者为观察对象,采用自拟复胃散治疗。同时选择40例慢性胃炎患者作为对照组,该组患者采用西医治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果,比较两组患者治疗前后中医症状积分、胃镜及病理积分情况。结果：观察组临床治愈、显效和有效的例数高于对照组,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前,两组胃痛、反酸、痞闷、疲乏等中医症状积分无明显差别,治疗后,两组患者上述指标均较治疗前降低,且观察组降低更明显（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗前胃镜积分和病理积分无明显差别,治疗后,两组患者胃镜和病理积分均降低,观察组降低更为明显（P〈0.05）。结论：自拟复胃散加减方对慢性胃炎有较好的治疗效果,可明显减轻患者的临床症状、降低患者的胃镜及病理积分。

Objective： To observe the effect of Self-made Fuwei Powder Adding and Subtraction Recipe in treating patients with chronic gastritis. Methods： 103 cases of chronic gastritis patients treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected as the observation objects,all of them were given Self-made Fuwei Powder. At the same time,40 cases of chronic gastritis were selected as controlled group,the patients in the group were treated with western medicine. Observing the therapeutic effect of the two groups,compared the Chinese medicine symptom score,endoscopic and pathological points in the two groups before and after treatment. Results： The clinical cure,effective and effective cases in the observation group were higher than the controlled group,the total efficiency of treatment was significantly higher than that in the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（ P0. 05）. Before treatment,the stomach pain,acid reflux,swelling,nausea and fatigue symptom scores in the two groups of patients had no significant difference,after treatment,the above indexes of the two groups all decreased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group more significantly（ P0. 05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after the treatment. The upper endoscopy and pathological scores of the two groups all decreased,while the observation group decreased more significantly（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The Self-made Fuweisan Decoction on chronic gastritis patients have a better therapeutic effect,can significantly reduce the patient＇s clinical symptoms,reduce patients with endoscopy and pathological score.
